Invasion of the Barbarians 
Within the Roman Empire, The Holy Roman Empire of German Nation has a bi-millennial tradition. Only Germany this year expects 950,000 Africans and Asians from several so-called failed states, abandoned by the Christian-European administrations half a century ago. Since these mainly moslem and idolatrous populations had failed to maintain in their countries the minimum conditions of civility, are flooding now in the EU, by crossing the Balkans on foot, or the Mediterranean by boat.
In short, what they seem to be saying is since you left  us behind without a decent civilization, we descend upon you.
The European Union is not an Empire, has no Constitution, and the democracy deficit of the 28 sovereign states seem to paralyze all its major decisions, nonetheless we may still speak about it as a failed imperium or sacerdotum. But if the Empire used to depend on the popes and kings, pope Benedict XVI retired, suffocated by relativism, stifled by the primacy of the economy, by the secularization of the clergy itself into pseudo sacred ceremonies. As the final destiny of the world unfolds, and the universal eschatology dilutes into nonexistence, then, instead of metaphysics, the economy will have the last word, as the meaning of life degenerates into crass materialism..
Let us remember that democracy has emerged as a result of the separation between  spheres of the sacred and profane in the Holy Empire, in the wake of the struggle between popes and emperors, at the end of the papal revolution occurring in the 11-to-13 centuries. No wonder then, as the philosopher Giorgio Agamben commented, the degradation of the papacy and the church results in the perversion of democracy, of the entire social and economic spheres as well. Capitalism becomes a religion overnight,, divine justice mercilessly replaced by liberalism, the supremacy of the market economy based on competition elevated to the height of a main ideal.
In the secular state of The Enlightment, once religion and politics had been definitely separated, neoliberlism becomes the norm, largely after the failure of Marxism-Leninism. Divine judgment and justice no longer play a role in the modern state of today, and the consequences and risks are depressing. The writer Michel Houellebecqs describes this in his powerful novel  "Obedience and Lack of Prospects"; the contemporary spiritual wasteland of today, the lack of perspectives, the docility of the populus of France. In Europe, where everyone is forced to fight for survival, but no longer has necessary strength to resist the competition in a market driven economy, motivated solely by greed and lust for money - bellum omnium east Homo Homini Lupus contra omnes .
Since it is by now almost unbearable to think that Europe has become mostly about a deficit of democracy, the politics of austerity, a weak economy, or euro, could it then be posssible for the Afro-Asian invasion to revive the cultural, spiritual, Christian Europe – can we hope that the newly aspiring entrants be the cause for overcoming the purely economic reasons of secular neoliberalism?

Invasion of the Barbarians - theses
1. The Holy Roman Empire of German Nation, that is of Central Europe, is now the Promised Land for Africans and Asians, disoriented and desperate, following the Orthodox-Communist camp, and the capitalist neoliberal projects’ miserable failure.
2. One million Mohammedans and idolaters arrive in 2015 in Germany, EU not in Russia, England  or USA. The Communist International, the Socialist Solidarity disappeared without a trace, together with the hope in the welfare and neoliberal progress.
3. "German" means 1,000 years of Christian dignity, Roman civitas, civitas humana, not the National Socialist absurdities. The Holy Roman Empire’s humanism has been always present in the subconscious of those disinherited by fate.
4. After two World Wars, the military occupation and rehabilitation with a broad mass character, Germans are still having monkey wrenches placed in the spokes - Ukraine, NSA / CIA, euro, Greece, FIFA, sausage carcinogens, VW gases, refugees. What's next?
5. In the wake of these crises, USA created a military buffer zone ranging from the Baltic to the Black Sea,  in order to undermine a Russo-German alignment, to create an organized chaos in the current control of Ukraine, in the Middle East as well,  just "to keep the Russians out, the Americans in, and the Germans down"
6. The West Germans, "fat and impotent" (Churchill) tolerate the situation, stupefied by the Nazis, the Easterners by the Russian-Communists.  PEGIDA is protesting, unwilling to swallow another reeducation, or the Anglo-American "false news" (Lügenpresse).
7. African and Asian refugees are seeking a new life whereby civilization meets the standards of Judeo-Christian Decalogue (in secular language), trampled upon during the cold war in the name of progress everywhere.
8. Jews look with concern upon the invasion of the Crescent, the recrudescence of faith in Germany and Central Europe, since the muslim faith rekindles the Christian one,  lately numbed by the fake welfare of USA, or of USSR,  offered until 1989. On the other hand, the Suni-Shiite conflict appears favorable for Israel’s permanence.
9. The invasion, especially of Muslims in Germany, Central Europe, and France has already changed the domestic and international post-war political paradigm, as defined by Hegel: List der Vernunft - Reason is (more) subtle (than we think).
10. Despite everyone, if man is indeed the most precious capital, then Germany’s economy and military welcomes the young refugees coming in droves to Europe, for they are bound to stimulate an aging society with a declining population.
